COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Last year, Fifty Fest -- the craft beer festival put on by Fifty West Brewing Co. -- was a blast.
There was good music, lots of beer and some awesome special release beers and great food. I was one of about 5,500 people who attended.
Plus, WCPO Insiders got a ticket for free food, a free beer and a chance to skip the porta-potty lines to use a REAL bathroom.
Fifty Fest is back this year and again WCPO Insider has a fantastic partnership with the event.
What: Fifty Fest
When: Noon to midnight Saturday
Where: 7668 Wooster Pike, Cincinnati
Tickets: $10, but we have a limited number of free VIP tickets for WCPO Insiders
Here’s what that partnership means to you:
- If you are a WCPO Insider, you can get free VIP tickets this year.
- Anyone who joins Insider and uses the promo code FIFTY can get a free general admission ticket. Tickets cost $10, so the savings cover half of the cost of a new annual Insider membership.
- WCPO cartoonist Kevin Necessary is creating a special Fifty Fest pop-up toy that we will give Insiders at the event. (Hint: It involves beer.)
- And back by popular demand! Insiders will get a bathroom pass to use the indoor restrooms.
Fifty Fest will feature more than 20 breweries. There will be 10 bands on three stages.
And this year there will be more family friendly activities, including a petting zoo complete with a camel, kangaroo and pony rides.
Fifty Fest is a great way to spend a Saturday. And it’s even better if you are an Insider.
